Joe S. Erdberg

Joe has been representing individuals in bankruptcy and debtors court cases since 1974. Over this time, he has developed quite a lengthy client list. One of his favorite parts of being a lawyer is when a new client is referred by an existing client.When an existing client refers someone to the firm, Joe feels that he has succeeded in earning the trust of that client. Joe’s father-in-law was an attorney and now his son is also an attorney, creating a legacy of legal professionals in the Erdberg family. Joe feels that the most rewarding part of his job is seeing his clients excited and relieved when their case is finally resolved and they can live their lives without the stress of being overwhelmed by debt.

Joe believes that each client is his employer. This means that every phone call is returned and the utmost attention to detail is given to that client’s unique case. With an extensive track record and years of experience, Joe is extremely good at what he does. After all, he has been doing it every day for more than 40 years.
